1. How do I know which contact lenses are right for me?
When choosing contact lenses, you first need to determine your eye prescription and wearing needs. It is recommended that you consult your ophthalmologist and provide a tailor-made prescription based on their advice on selecting the appropriate contact lens type (e.g. daily, weekly or monthly). 2. What types of contact lenses do you offer?
We offer a variety of contact lenses, including daily, biweekly, monthly, cosmetic Color Con, as well as astigmatism and presbyopia lenses.
3. How to store and clean contact lenses?
Please use special contact lens cleaning solution to clean and store your contact lenses. Never use tap water or saliva as this may cause infection. Every time you remove your contact lenses, be sure to clean them and return them to a clean contact lens case.
4. Can I wear contact lenses for a long time?
Most contact lenses are recommended for no more than 8-12 hours a day. Prolonged wear may affect eye health, please follow product instructions and your ophthalmologist's recommendations.
5. What should I do if my contact lenses feel uncomfortable?
If contact lenses feel uncomfortable or blurry vision occurs, remove contact lenses immediately and rinse eyes with clean water. If discomfort persists, it is recommended to consult an ophthalmologist.

10. Are contact lenses licensed or parallel imports? Is the quality guaranteed?
The contact lenses provided by our store include both licensed and imported products (commonly known as parallel imports), all manufactured by the same brand on the same production line. The main difference between licensed and imported goods is that the place of origin is the same and the agent country is different, but the product quality and safety standards remain the same.
11. Can the order be canceled or modified?

12. What is your return policy?
If you are not satisfied with the contact lenses you purchased, you can apply for a return within 30 days of receiving the goods. Please ensure the item is unopened and in its original condition. Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on contact lenses that have been opened or used. However, if you receive a defective product, please contact our customer service for assistance.
