Thank you for choosing Retina! We are committed to providing you with fast, reliable shipping. Below are the details of our shipping policy:

Delivery Range : We currently only provide delivery services to Hong Kong. Specific delivery range and charges will be displayed during checkout.

Processing time : All orders will be shipped within 1-3 working days after payment is confirmed.


Some ordered products (including hyperopia, astigmatism and progressive) require special handling so the order time is longer, approximately 14 working days.

If the product in the order is out of stock, we will communicate with the customer whether to continue the order (which may take two to three months) or cancel the order. If the customer cancels the order, we will arrange to process the refund within 7 working days as soon as possible.

Shipping method : We provide SF Express $30 express delivery service. You can choose the shipping method that works best for you during checkout. If you spend $400 or more on a single order, you can enjoy free shipping.

Tracking Your Order : Once your order is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number via email and you can check the delivery status of your package online at any time.
